We are hiring a Summer Wedding Assistant to support our photo/video team on wedding days and pre-wedding shoots.
This is a great fit for a recent high school graduate who’s reliable, quick to learn, and comfortable working around people in a fast-paced wedding environment.
What you’ll do
- Support our crew on-site during weddings and shoots
- Help set up and pack down gear (camera bags, tripods, lights, accessories)
- Keep equipment organized, charged, and ready (batteries, memory cards, small essentials)
- Assist with simple tasks on the day: holding reflectors, carrying items, helping with timelines, coordinating family for group photos
- Be a calm, friendly point of support for clients and family when needed
- Capture basic behind-the-scenes phone clips (optional, if you enjoy content)
- Help keep things tidy and professional during busy moments
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required) so you can reliably get to different shoot locations across the city (and occasionally surrounding areas)
- Strong English communication (required)
- Punjabi speaking (required or preferred)
- Recent high school graduate (or similar) is welcome
- Comfortable standing/walking for long periods and lifting light/medium equipment
- Punctual, respectful, well-presented, and able to follow direction
Nice to have (not required)
- Interest in photography/videography or social media
- Event, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Basic phone filming (Reels/TikTok-style BTS)
Schedule
- Seasonal: Summer (May–September)
- Shifts vary based on wedding schedule
- Most weddings are Fri–Sun, with some weekdays
- Typical shifts: 4–12 hours

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
