Toromont Material Handling is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Concord, Ontario!
The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of sales contracts by coordinating project schedules, budgets, risks, and issue resolution. This role acts as a key communication link between stakeholders, ensuring projects are well organized, efficiently executed, and aligned with sales agreements.
The listed target compensation includes commissions and other variable pay components and reflects expected annual earnings. It represents just one part of our total rewards package, and additional performance‑based bonuses or other elements may also apply.

In a typical day, YOU will:
- The Project Coordinator will see to the execution of the sale starting from contract award to the delivery of the equipment’s
- Be the primary point of contact between the customer and the company for carrying out of a project;
- Ensures follow-ups on the design, purchasing, shop work, shipping and start up if required
- Manages the contracts with sub-contractors and supplier’s requirements;
- Follows the evolution of the issues and negotiates any changes with the customer;
- Ensure that the schedule is respected to meet customer needs;
- Follows-up on the project costs including the cost of all the purchases done for the project;
- Communicates with the customer and ensures that he received the order to his expectation and that he is fully satisfied
Must-haves for this role:
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a Project Coordinator role.
- College diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Technical knowledge or a strong interest in technical products and processes is considered an asset.
- Outstanding communication and language skills are a must.
