Showroom Administrator
Timeless Furniture Corporation | Calgary, AB
At Timeless Furniture, we believe the experience matters just as much as the furniture itself. Every client who walks through our doors should feel welcomed, supported, and inspired, and every member of our team should feel valued.
We're looking for an exceptional Showroom Administrator to become the heart of our showroom. This role is about creating an exceptional experience—for our customers, designers, and team—from the moment someone walks through our doors to the way we celebrate our people behind the scenes.
If you love working with people, thrive on staying organized, and find satisfaction in keeping the details accurate and the little things taken care of, we'd love to meet you.
Job Overview
As our Showroom Administrator, you'll be the face of Timeless Furniture and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for both our customers and our team.
You'll welcome clients into our showroom, help them explore furniture and fabric selections, answer inquiries, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality and care we're known for. Behind the scenes, you'll be responsible for keeping our business organized through accurate data entry, administrative support, bookkeeping assistance, payroll administration, and maintaining company records. You'll also help manage our social media and newsletters while coordinating employee celebrations and company events.
If you enjoy working with people, thrive on organization, find satisfaction in keeping information accurate and up to date, and take pride in making sure every detail is looked after, you'll thrive in this role.
