Warrington Residential, the fastest‑growing residential division of Warrington PCI Management and a BC Top Employer, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee a large, purpose‑built rental community.
This role is ideal for a people‑focused leader who enjoys balancing resident experience, operations, and team leadership.
The Role
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of two residential towers (772 units total) to manage one stabilized asset and one new‑build lease‑up community
- Lead and support leasing and on‑site teams
- Ensure compliance with the BC Residential Tenancy Act
- Support leasing performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction
What You Bring
- Experience managing large, multi‑building residential portfolios
- Strong customer service and operational mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
- Property management system experience (Yardi an asset)
- BCFSA Rental Property Management License (or eligible to obtain)
