Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled FANUC Robotics Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. If you have experience programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining FANUC robotic systems in a manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
This role is critical to maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing robotic systems and automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, and automation technology, with hands-on experience working with FANUC robotics. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technologies while playing a key role in ensuring production efficiency, equipment reliability, and workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on FANUC robotic systems and automation equipment.
- Program, teach, calibrate, and optimize FANUC robots to support production requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and robotic system issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Support the integration and operation of robots with PLCs, vision systems, conveyors, and automated equipment.
- Assist with new equipment installations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain robot backups, update programs, and ensure accurate maintenance documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Train operators on the safe operation and basic maintenance of robotic systems.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience maintaining and programming FANUC robotic systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with FANUC robots or similar industrial robotic systems is required.
- Experience with FANUC Teach Pendant (TP) programming; RoboGuide experience is an asset.
- Working knowledge of PLCs, industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; experience with CNC machinery is an asset.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and automation system diagnostics is preferred.
- Experience supporting robotic automation in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
