We are seeking a licensed condominium manager who will oversee a portfolio of condominium properties, ensuring the daily operations of the condominium corporation are managed effectively. This manager will provide leadership, support, education, and oversight. And work with the Board of Directors to carry out directives as specified in the management agreement and bylaws.

Position Requirement (not limited to the following):
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Well-developed writing skills.
- A valid driver's license.
- Strong diplomacy skills, including effective negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management.
- Enforce Bylaws, Rules, and Policies for assigned properties.
- Guidance with bylaws, CPA and Regulations, Insurance requirements, and Reserve Fund Study.
- Written and oral communication with the Boards and Residents.
- Property Inspections and Property Reports.
- Assist in coordinating Capital and Reserve Expenditures as per the Reserve Fund Study.
- Outside thinker.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Comply with legislation, but not limited to The Real Estate Act, The Residential Tenancies Act, The Condominium Property Act, Minimum Housing & Health Standards, PIPA, etc.
- Semi-Professional Attire.
Primary Functions (not limited to the following):
- Holding the proper licensing designation through RECA.
- Minimum 2-3 years of direct condominium management experience.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, along with an ability to think critically and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Driver’s license, vehicle, and a clean driver's abstract.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities; ability to think critically and exercise sound judgment.
- Motivated and willing to learn while being open to continual improvement
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure, within time constraints and in changing environments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to board members, owners, and tenants.
- Draft and oversee annual budgets for each corporation within your portfolio.
- Attend scheduled board meetings, annual general meetings, special meetings, functions, luncheons and team events.
- Arrange for, but are not limited to, preventative maintenance coordination, obtaining multiple quotes, dealings with contractors, fire safety, landscaping and snow removal, etc...
- Maintain a team environment by communicating effectively with owners, tenants, trades, and management.
- Maintain the condo corporation policies and company policies.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
