We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a residential building. This role requires a hands-on, reliable individual who can work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Knowledge of residential property management policies and procedures
- Proficiency with computers, including MS Office
- Familiarity with HVAC systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload with minimal supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and emergency on-call rotations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Performing maintenance in common areas, as well as vacant and occupied units
- Preparing apartments for new residents according to company policy
- Maintaining interior and exterior common areas
- Responding to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating with contractors and service providers as required
- Assisting with preventative maintenance and building upkeep

Yearly Salary: $35,000 per year
