Site: CF Shops at Don Mills
Location: Toronto, ON
Status: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 0700-1500
Pay Rate: $28.00/hr
Shops at Don Mills is located at Don Mills and Lawrence Avenue East in Toronto, Ontario. With 72 stores, this is a lifestyle shopping center Anchored around fashion, dining and entertainment, Shops at Don Mills makes shopping a delight.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations, supervising security staff, ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures, responding to incidents, and supporting the delivery of a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support on-site security personnel

Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and training requirements

Respond to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and calls for service

Complete audits, reports, and documentation as required

Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, patrol operations, and key/card management

Conduct vehicle and foot patrols

Support parking enforcement and site safety initiatives

Provide exceptional customer service and incident de-escalation

Perform other duties as assigned

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence

Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification from a WSIB-approved provider

Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude

G class license

Previous security experience and/or post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset
