Job Overview
Canada's largest 100% Canadian owned Building Maintenance Company is currently seeking a a Bee-Clean Live Coordinator to join our team at Vancouver International Airport (YVR). This position requires a detail-oriented and adaptable professional to join our team in a hybrid role encompassing Quality Assurance, Dispatch, Project Coordination and Administration. The ideal candidate will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services, manage the scheduling and dispatch of field staff, and support the coordination of various projects and system improvements. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication, and the ability to work across multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Assurance
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and process reviews to identify gaps or areas for improvement.
- Document findings, track corrective actions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Dispatch
- Coordinate and schedule field service teams based on project requirements, availability, and priority.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to confirm appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide updates.
- Track job completion and report on dispatch metrics.
Project Coordination
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects part of Bee-Clean Live. This includes reporting monthly on the platform.
- Coordinate between teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support the rollout of Bee-Clean Live, tools, or technology upgrades, including training and documentation.
- Maintain project documentation, track deliverables, and report on progress to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, dispatch, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling/dispatching software and familiarity with IT systems or project management tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in service-based industries or project environments.
- Knowledge of QA standards, dispatch operations, or project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Technical proficiency and adaptability in learning new systems.
