Description
We are currently seeking a Forman at our Moncton terminal. This position plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the dock, ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently. The Foreman will provide direct leadership to dock staff while supporting a fast-paced transportation environment.
Permanent, Full Time - Night Shifts (5pm-5am)
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in a transportation, warehouse, dock or terminal environment

Previous lead hand, foreman, or supervisory experience is considered a strong asset

Strong knowledge of dock operations, including freight handling, cross-docking, load planning and trailer loading/unloading

Experience operating or overseeing the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment

Basic computer skills for scanning, tracking freight, and completing paperwork

Lead, coach and support dock staff in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to safety, accountability and operational excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock environment

Clean criminal background
