About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, personable Administrative & Telemarketing Clerk to be the backbone of our London office. This is a hands-on role that blends office administration with outbound customer calling. You'll support our field technicians behind the scenes while also picking up the phone to book services, follow up with customers, and bring in new business. No two days look exactly the same.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to book and schedule services
- Cold call prospects to generate leads and grow our customer base
- Confirm appointments and follow up on quotes and open leads
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and general office duties
- Support field technicians with scheduling, coordination, and task follow-up
- Manage office filing, records, and documentation
- Pitch in on operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills — confident and comfortable on the phone
- Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, basic office software)
- Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- A positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Previous admin, customer service, or phone/sales experience is an asset
