Key Investment Property Management is looking to fill a part-time janitorial position. As a Janitorial Staff member, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facilities.
This position will be part-time and on-call for vacation/sick day coverage for the general cleaning of commercial & residential buildings.
The hours would typically be 10 hours per week, with additional hours when holiday /sick day coverage is needed.

Responsibilities:
- Clean common areas of residential/commercial buildings
- Complete move-in and move-out cleans
- Clean service rooms and building amenities
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
- Provide coverage for staff vacations, holidays, and time off
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
Flexible part-time hours. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable and available to provide coverage as needed.
