What the Role Looks Like:
This is a high-energy, active outdoor role. You won’t be stuck behind a desk.
- Connect with Homeowners: Market door-to-door in Edmonton and surrounds area neighbourhoods to introduce our brand.
- Educate & Set Up: Spot roofing needs, educate customers on our services, collect lead information, and eventually set up appointments (you do not have to close the final sale).
- Track Your Success: Use our simple Lead Tracking app to enter leads and track your neighbourhood stats.
- Learn from the Best: Participate in team training and culture sessions to sharpen your communication skills.

Sales Team Vision:

What we expect from you:
- High work ethic - 100+ Doors knocked per day (Wednesday-Sunday)

Compensation:
- This is an uncapped commission role based on leads + appointments closed.
- Marketers/Lead Generators
- Year 1 - full time est.40k-60k+, top performers will be promoted to sales reps
- Sales Reps
- Year 1 - full time est. 70k-100k+

Pay: Commission - pay per lead with bonuses for closed deals and paid training
