As a Prep Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our back-of-house operations,
responsible for preparing all food and dough essentials to guarantee seamless service. You will
effectively utilize provided kitchen equipment, utensils, and knives, strictly adhering to the
guidelines outlined in the Score Pizza Recipe Book to ensure exceptional quality for all
ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate all kitchen equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions to
ensure optimal performance.
Practice safe knife handling techniques.
Uphold food safety standards throughout all preparation processes.
Implement proper hand washing and cross-contamination prevention measures.
Prepare all menu items according to the Score Pizza Recipe Book, focusing on quality and
preparation standards.
Report directly to the Manager on Duty.
Daily Duties:
Complete the daily prep list efficiently.
Ensure there is enough dough.
Complete quality inspections on all ingredients before use and check date dots.
Put away all incoming deliveries upon arrival to ensure organization and freshness.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work surfaces, equipment, and knives throughout
the shift using food-safe sanitizer.
Organize all stock in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation using FIFO.
Report all safety concerns and issues from the shift to the MOD.
Record all food waste on the Waste Sheet before clocking out at the end of each shift.
Complete the Daily Prep Checklist and Freezer Pull Checklist before clocking out each shift.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
