Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning according to Elite Sparkle Cleaning standards.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, offices, floors, windows (when required), and all accessible surfaces.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect, and maintain high-quality cleaning standards.
- Report maintenance concerns or unusual observations at client properties.
- Communicate professionally with clients and management.
- Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.
- Deliver consistent, reliable service to recurring clients.
- Help maintain the excellent reputation and customer satisfaction our company is known for.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience (required).
- Valid Canadian driver's licence.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Own basic cleaning equipment and supplies required to complete cleaning assignments.
- Ability to travel between client locations.
- Able to communicate professionally in English.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Able to provide a clean Criminal Record Check (Police Check) upon request.
- Live in or reasonably close to Kanata or the surrounding area to ensure efficient travel to client locations.
- Providing one or two professional references from previous residential or commercial cleaning clients or employers is highly recommended and will be a significant advantage during the hiring process. References should speak to your professionalism, reliability, and quality of work.
