Permanent Soffit Lighting Installer (Full-Time)

We are looking to add a Permanent Soffit Lighting Installer to our growing team. This is a full-time position with strong opportunity for long-term growth. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable working at heights, and has an interest or background in electrical-type work.
You will be installing permanent soffit track lighting systems on residential homes.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous electrical experience required (wiring, troubleshooting, or similar hands-on electrical work)
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders daily
- Physically fit and able to handle outdoor installation work
- Professional attitude (you will be working on customer homes every day)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable and punctual
Assets (Not Required but Preferred)
- Fall protection / working-at-heights certification
- Construction or exterior installation experience
- Experience with outdoor lighting or low-voltage systems
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable way to transport ladders
You will receive full product-specific training during your first week. We are looking for someone with enough electrical background to learn quickly and transition into independent installs.
