In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions and assisting with sales. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Receive deliveries whenever necessary.

- Maintain a clean and organized STORE to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
- Proficient organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries
