We are hiring for 2 positions with in the company.
A lead hand - who must have working experience and 2 years supervisory experience in the Hardscape Construction industry. A minimum of 3 years experience in Landscape Construction is required for this position! Pay rate is based on experience.
Crew Member - Must have working experience at least 1 full year of hardscape construction. Pay rate is based on experience - starting rate is 24 to 28 an hour
The successful candidate will require the following qualifications:
- Experience must cover working with and installing concrete pavers/slabs, retaining walls, grading, steps, etc.
- Knowledgeable in all facets of Landscape Construction: Interlocking pavers/slabs, Flagstone, Retaining Walls, Fireplaces and BBQ Kitchens, Gazebos, Fences and Decks
- Experienced in the operation of trucks, trailers, skid steers, excavators, loaders, stone saws, tampers, drills, and various tool
- Soft Scape is also required - garden enhancements, sod, mulch,
- Knowledge of plant material would be an asset but not a requirement.
