Job Overview
F45 Training is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive membership growth and lead the studio's sales and front-of-house operations. F45 is a global fitness community delivering functional, team-based 45-minute training. The ideal candidate combines a genuine passion for fitness with a proven track record in membership sales, lead conversion, and client retention in a boutique fitness, gym, or service sales environment.
This role owns the full sales funnel, from lead generation and trial bookings through conversion, onboarding, and long-term retention. The Sales Manager will also oversee daily studio operations, support and coach the front-of-house team, execute local marketing initiatives, and build a welcoming, high-energy community that keeps members coming back. The ideal candidate is a certified fitness coach who will lead a number of F45 classes each month, staying connected to members on the training floor while driving the studio's growth. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset in serving our diverse South Etobicoke community.
Duties
- Own the membership sales funnel end to end: lead follow-up, studio tours, trial class bookings, and conversion of trials into memberships
- Coach a set number of F45 classes per month, delivering safe, motivating, on-brand sessions and modelling the member experience for the broader coaching team
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for new memberships, trial conversions, and revenue, and report performance to ownership
- Manage the studio CRM and lead pipeline, ensuring timely, consistent follow-up by phone, text, email, and social channels
- Drive retention through proactive member engagement, at-risk member outreach, win-back campaigns, and membership renewals
- Plan and execute local marketing and community initiatives, including F45 Challenge launches, open houses, member events, corporate wellness outreach, and partnerships with local businesses
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff, building a team culture aligned with the F45 brand experience
- Oversee daily studio operations, including POS and billing transactions, membership administration, scheduling, and retail and supplement sales
- Deliver an exceptional member experience at every touchpoint; handle inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high satisfaction and referral rates
- Maintain accurate records for memberships, billing, payroll support, and administrative documentation
- Ensure compliance with F45 brand standards, studio policies, health and safety requirements, and franchise operating procedures
Requirements
- Certified fitness professional: a recognized personal training or group fitness certification (canfitpro, CSEP, NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) and current CPR/AED and First Aid; F45 coaching experience is a strong asset
- Proven experience in sales or membership sales, ideally in boutique fitness, gyms, wellness, hospitality, or another service-based environment; supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets, manage a lead pipeline, and close consistently
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including professional phone etiquette; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, booking and POS systems (experience with Mindbody, Loyalsnap, or similar fitness software is a plus), and social media
- Experience recruiting, interviewing, and training front-of-house or sales staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks
- Ability to manage budgets and handle transactions accurately
- Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced studio environment
- Group coaching experience with the ability to deliver energetic, technically sound sessions to members of all fitness levels
- Genuine passion for fitness and community; comfort working early mornings, evenings, or weekends as studio and class schedules require

Pay: $46,515.07-$151,153.25 per year
