What You’ll Do
- Assess interior and exterior spaces for structural vulnerabilities—gaps around framing, settling cracks, misaligned trim, utility penetrations, and other hidden entry points
- Develop & execute renovation-grade exclusion solutions: reframing openings, installing custom flashings, rebuilding trim, and applying specialty sealants
- Perform precision carpentry and finishing—repair walls, rebuild exterior trim, retrofit floors or ceilings, and ensure clean, durable lines that block pests for good
- Work in varied environments: basements, attics, crawlspaces, soffits, eaves, and around foundations
- Partner with project managers to document scope, prepare materials lists, and deliver on our “one-and-done” promise
Who You Are
- A seasoned renovation professional with 3+ years of experience in remodeling, finish carpentry, or retrofit projects
- Comfortable with hand and power tools and reading renovation plans or shop drawings
- A natural problem-solver who visualizes 3D construction details and thrives on puzzle-like challenges
- Meticulous about quality—every joint, seal, and finish must meet your exacting standards
- Physically fit and confident working in tight, elevated, or awkward spaces
- Eager to apply your renovation expertise to a fast-growing, mission-driven company
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven background in interior/exterior renovations: framing, trim work, drywall repair, or finish carpentry
- Solid understanding of building envelopes, flashing details, and foundation interfaces
- Ability to diagnose movement, gap migration, and misalignment—and design practical, long-term fixes
- Experience with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Bonus: familiarity with exclusion techniques such as metal mesh barriers or specialty sealants

Schedule & Location
- Full-time, in-person
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; occasional weekends/overtime as needed
- Typical start times between 7 AM–9 AM
