Automotive Service Advisor
Menzies Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – Whitby, Ontario
Menzies Chrysler is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our Fixed Operations team.
We are a busy, established Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership with a strong customer base, a large service department, and plenty of opportunity for the right advisor to build a successful career.

What You'll Be Doing
- Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
- Prepare repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians and shop management
- Review maintenance requirements and make appropriate service recommendations
- Present estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Review completed repairs and invoices with customers
- Coordinate appointments, vehicle pick-up, alternate transportation, and follow-up
- Work closely with technicians, parts, BDC, warranty, and management
- Maintain accurate repair order documentation
- Build long-term relationships with customers and help drive customer retention
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting sales and performance objectives
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing and recommending maintenance and repairs
- Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders at the same time
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Good computer skills; experience with PBS DMS is an asset
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Chrysler/Stellantis dealership experience is an asset but not required

You should be comfortable working in a busy department where communication, organization, teamwork, and customer retention matter.
