What you'll do:

Install hardscapes: pavers, retaining walls, walkways, driveways

Work across 3–4 trades — concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting, turf

Run a small crew (1–3 people) on active job sites

Learn from tradespeople who've mastered the craft
What you bring:
Must-haves
-
1-2 years landscape construction experience
-
Experience leading a crew of 1–3

Reliable, on time, gets things done

Team player with a positive attitude
Nice-to-haves

Driver's licence + comfortable in a pickup

Trailer towing experience (10–14 ft)

Proficiency across multiple trades (we'll train the right person)
