White Contracting is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with knowledge operating construction equipment (CAT, John Deere, Kubota, Case) We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Knowledge in all equipment is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience operating Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Backhoes, Skidsteers
- Ability to read blueprints and lay out a job (mandatory)
- Experience in house demolitions, Foundation digging, sewer and watermain trenching
- Excellent reporting and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Safety-focused attitude with experience working in a construction setting
