The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing up to 60 clients to start, from answering their inquiries to visiting client sites to help them streamline their process. We're looking for someone who is willing to help our clients succeed in their business!
Duties:
- Resolving client inquiries
- Assisting clients with the Stallion Dashboard and using our web-based application to monitor shipments.
- Working with clients to optimize their shipping workflows
- Booking and attending quarterly client site visits
- Collaborating with our Account Management, Operations, and Customer Service teams with standard procedures
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of customer service experience
- Working knowledge of the Google Workspace with the ability of managing multiple large data sheets
- Great interpersonal skills including written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail to help in assisting clients
- Team oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Working knowledge of current eCommerce/logistics landscapes

What You'll Earn:
The starting pay is at $50,000- $55,000 annually with a big emphasis on “starting”! We’re hoping to continuously grow your skills, this role, and the salary that comes with it!
