You're an experienced cleaner who takes real pride in your work. You show up when you say you will. You're kind and professional with clients - you understand that how you make someone feel matters just as much as how clean you leave their home. And when something gets missed, you own it and fix it, no questions asked.
Maybe you've been self-employed and love the actual cleaning but found the business side exhausting. Maybe you're with a company that doesn't match your standards. Either way, you're ready to work somewhere that handles the back end so you can focus on doing what you're good at.
What We Handle So You Don't Have To
We take care of client acquisition, scheduling, payments, and all the admin that burns out good cleaners. You show up, do excellent work, and get paid. That's it.

What's In It for You
- $28-$35 per hour for standard cleans, with higher rates for move-ins/move-outs and deep cleans

What We Need From You
- At least 1 year of paid house cleaning experience
- Your own vehicle, vacuum, mop, and cleaning products
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Two professional references
- A genuine commitment to showing up, doing the job right, and communicating clearly
Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour
