We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and fashion-forward Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader who loves fashion, has a strong sales mindset, and genuinely enjoys creating an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, maintaining our visual standards, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same. From merchandising and inventory to customer service, staff management, order processing, and daily store operations, you will be an integral part of our business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive sales through outstanding customer service, product knowledge, styling, and team leadership.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure the boutique is organized, welcoming, and running efficiently.
- Manage inventory, including receiving shipments, processing orders, conducting regular stock checks, and helping prevent loss and theft.
- Maintain and refresh visual merchandising in line with brand and company guidelines.
- Ensure the store is consistently presented to a high standard, with fresh and engaging merchandising each week.
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members to support strong performance and a positive workplace culture.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and fun team environment built on communication, accountability, and teamwork.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and confidently.
- Monitor sales performance and review sales reports to identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay up to date with fashion trends, customer preferences, and product knowledge.
- Assist with social media, promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives when required.
- Take ownership of daily tasks and ensure the store consistently meets our brand standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous retail or retail management experience is a must.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Confident leadership and excellent communication skills.
- A genuine interest in fashion with your own sense of personal style.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A team player who enjoys working with and supporting others.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
