Bellair Laser Clinic has been Toronto's most experienced laser and skincare clinic for over 20 years. Over 100 FDA and Health Canada approved devices. Two flagship locations in Yorkville and Midtown. We're hiring a Patient Care Consultant to guide new and returning clients through their treatment journey, from first consultation to the right plan for their goals.
What you'll do
- Meet with prospective clients and help them choose the treatments and packages that fit their goals (in person and over the phone)
- Turn inquiries into booked consultations, and consultations into long-term clients
- Follow up on leads by phone and email with care and consistency
- Work alongside our medical and clinical team so every recommendation matches the clinician's assessment
- Build relationships that bring clients back and generate referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep clean, accurate records in our booking and CRM systems
What you bring
- 2+ years in consultative sales. Aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, fitness/membership, or medical sales all translate well
- A track record of hitting targets and the drive that comes with earning commission
- Warm, polished, professional communication. You build trust fast
- Genuine interest in skincare and medical aesthetics, and in helping people feel good about themselves
- Comfort with technology (CRM, booking software, email)
- Availability for some evenings and Saturdays. Our clinics are open Mon to Fri until 8pm and Saturdays until 6pm
- Bonus: experience in medical aesthetics or working knowledge of laser, injectables, body contouring, and skin tightening
