KORE, one of the largest Irrigation and Landscape Lighting company in the Lower Mainland, is looking for a highly motivated and reliable Service Coordinator to join our Service team in the office.
In this dispatch support position, you will fill a key role in supporting and enhancing the effectiveness of our team by successfully handling our continually growing volumes of work and customer base. Duties include but not limited to:
- Answers phone calls and email inquiries from customers thorough the day.
- Monitor technicians’ schedule and arrival times while communicating possible delays to customers.
- Provide updates to technicians of possible changes in schedule and work.
- Execute pro-active customer phone calls and emails to schedule service work for field technicians.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Review of service work orders and time sheets for accuracy prior to billing.
- Providing professional, courteous customer service.
- Conduct Cross Control Connection report submission and filing.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Previous dispatching experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience working in a customer service role.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (required).
- Be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Manage conflict and problem solve effectively in a fast past environment.
- Be fluent in English (verbal and written).

Pay: $45,760.00-$55,000.00 per year
