Position: Dispatcher
Compensation: Starting at $26/hour
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation
Job Overview:
As our Dispatcher, you’ll be the key link between our technicians and customers. You'll coordinate daily schedules, manage service calls, and ensure smooth communication to help keep everything running on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch appliance repair technicians to customer locations
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and updates
- Track technician locations and job progress throughout the day
- Handle incoming service requests via phone and email
- Keep accurate records of service calls, job notes, and parts needed
- Check in parts for upcoming service calls
- Process warranty claims for appliance manufacturers
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and professional communication (both phone and email)
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dispatching or scheduling is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Basic computer skills
