Group Health is a well-established healthcare-focused organization that delivers essential services across its locations, with a strong reliance on reliable IT operations to support day-to-day clinical and administrative functions. Their environments are typically user-intensive and require responsive, customer-focused IT support professionals who can troubleshoot effectively while maintaining a high standard of service for end users.
- Provide onsite Level 1 support (hardware, software, and network)

Handle onboarding/offboarding including endpoint setup

Support Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

Work with Windows 11, Active Directory (including Azure AD), and Intune

Manage tickets through JIRA (or similar ticketing system)

Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders (updates, resolutions)

Maintain accurate ticket documentation and IT asset inventory

Coordinate with vendors for incident resolution

Create and maintain user and internal documentation

Participate in knowledge sharing within IT team
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years in a Tier 1/2 IT support role

Hands-on experience with:
- Office 365 Administration

Windows 11
-
Intune
-
Active Directory / Azure AD
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing tools

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Customer-facing experience is highly preferred
