Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as our closet installation associate. As a Installation Associate, you will play a crucial role in the installation process, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality closet organizers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Operate standard carpentry hand tools and equipment to fabricate, package, and process shelving
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Monitor Installation processes to identify any issues or deviations from specifications
- Adhere to safe work practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet Installation targets and deadlines
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations for ensuring properly produced closets
Experience:
-Knowledge of Mitre saw, nail guns, drills, power plane, table saw and skill saws
-Cabinetry and carpentry experience is an asset
- Previous experience in closets or cabinetry manufacturing environment is preferred
- Knowledge of safe work practices and regulations
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues is desirable
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
-Drivers license and clean 3 year abstract are a must
