What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional climbing & rigging experience
- Strong knowledge of safe climbing techniques, pruning standards & removals
- Experience using chainsaws, rigging gear, and bucket trucks
- G License required (DZ/AZ is a bonus – willing to train for upgrades)
- Ability to drive a truck & trailer confidently
- Comfortable working at heights, in all weather conditions
- Physically fit, strong work ethic, team-oriented, and motivated to get the job done
What You’ll Be Doing
- Climbing & rigging for tree removals, pruning, and maintenance
- Running ropes, saws, and operating heavy equipment like chippers & stump grinder
- Helping out the crew with groundwork & cleanup (everyone pitches in)
- Keeping your gear and equipment in check so the job runs smoothly
- Working hard, learning new skills, and having a laugh with the team
- Working in physically demanding outdoor conditions in all weather, including heat and cold
