Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dairy Farm Worker to join our agricultural team. This role involves hands-on work to daily milk the cows and feed the calves. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a passion for sustainable farming practices. Duties
- Perform milking operations and ensure proper handling of dairy cattle
- Full time job would include feeding calves in the morning and milking the late afternoon shift. Part time would be only milking the late afternoon shift.
- Conduct general farm maintenance using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
- Monitor animal health and report any concerns to farm management
- Assist with feeding, cleaning, and herd management tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm environment
- Feeding, bedding and performing general calf related duties.
- Follow safety protocols during all farm operations, including heavy lifting and equipment use
Experience
- Prior experience with dairy farm operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and extended periods of manual labor is required
- Previous experience working on a dairy or livestock farm is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
