FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE – DOWNTOWN TORONTO | Full-Time | Immediate Start | $25/hr Base + Commission & Bonuses | Biweekly Pay
About the Role:
True Talent Solutions Inc. is hiring Field Sales Representatives on behalf of our client, a growing online platform expanding across Ontario. This is a field-based position covering downtown Toronto — no car required, as all travel between restaurants is done by walking or TTC.
Shift & Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM (7 hours/day)
Pay:
- $25/hour base pay
- Performance-based bonuses — three bonus categories including personal goal achievement, personal ranking, and group ranking
- Bonus details will be provided during the training session following candidate selection
Responsibilities:
- Visit prospective restaurants within your assigned territory, present the online platform, and close sales
- Plan your own daily routes to maximize restaurant visits
- Log visit details and outcomes in our collaboration app after each customer visit
- Meet weekly activity and performance goals
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, verbal and written (required)
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Sales experience in any field is required — restaurant industry or customer service experience is an asset
- No vehicle required — position is based in downtown Toronto and all travel is done on foot or by TTC
