We’re a small-batch craft distillery in Squamish, creating flavorful spirits, liqueurs, and bottled cocktails. Using locally sourced ingredients, we focus on quality and taste with passion. We’re looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for craft and creativity.
Who We’re Looking For
An experienced bartender excited by flavours and curious about technique. If you want to dive into modern mixology—like maceration, Flavor Foam, rapid infusion, carbonation, and clarification—this is a great place to grow
We run a seasonal cocktail menu (usually 15+ drinks) that changes every few months, so fast recipe memorization and smooth multitasking on busy nights are a must. Collaboration and creativity are encouraged, so bring your ideas!
Responsibilities
- Explain our products and guide tasting experiences
- Sell bottles and promote our spirits
- Make classic and original cocktails
- Prepare syrups, infusions, concentrates, and garnishes
- Assist in batching our spirits and liqueurs in-house
- Complete general bar prep tasks
- Steam and serve dumplings (part of our food menu)
- Open and close the bar
- Handle the cashbox and daily sales reporting
- Maintain a clean and sanitized bar and tasting room
- Curate music to create a welcoming vibe
Qualifications
- Comfortable working solo behind the bar
- Strong multitasking and recipe memorization skills
- Serving It Right certification (required)
- Food Safe Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain (company-supported)
- Bonus: Experience with CO₂ tanks, keg systems, or industrial steamers

Additional Details
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts with flexible vacation
- Location: Must reliably commute or relocate to Squamish
- Preferred experience: 1 year bartending and serving
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
Work Location: In person
