We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes for service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by handling multiple tasks seamlessly
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers in accordance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver timely service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
