Position Summary
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the pharmacy operations including team management, performance management, full scope of practice in providing patient care, and dispensing medication.
Candidate Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist in British Columbia
Injection certified
Experience with WinRx software is an asset
Persuasive communication skills in English- both writing and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Must be flexible to work on weekend if required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Dispensing prescribed medications with accuracy and appropriate counselling
· Assisting in leading a successful team in a busy environment
· Providing excellent customer service to all customers and healthcare providers
· Maintaining medical profiles
· Able to perform Medication Reviews, MACS
· Implementing the strategies and plans for business growth
· Being proficient and able to follow the Pharmacare and College By- laws
For a Pharmacist Manager we require Canadian Retail Pharmacy experience -2 years.
Compensation, based on experience and skills:
- $60- $65 on payroll, $65- $70 on invoice,
- Plus, extensive professional services bonus
