We are seeking a reliable and guest friendly Guest Service agent to join our team..
Responsibilities:
- Take reservations, check guests in and out, respond to service requests, maintain security. , posting room charges, and reconciling discrepancies
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality position. Experience working at the front desk of a hotel is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we often have international guests
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle financial transactions
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
