Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled LEAD Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in assembling structures. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing projects based on ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Duties
- Assemble and construct frameworks for buildings, including walls, roofs, and floors.
- Execute flooring installation with precision and attention to detail.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience at least 8-10 years as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
