Parts Counter Clerk
Our client is looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join their team in Summerside, PE. This organization operates multiple locations across Atlantic Canada and is recognized for its strong presence in the agricultural and equipment industry, offering parts, service, and equipment solutions to a wide customer base.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, warehouse operations, and hands-on work. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both customers and service technicians while helping maintain efficient parts operations during peak season.

Responsibilities
- Handle shipping, receiving, and organization of parts and equipment
- Load and unload trucks, working both indoors and outdoors as required
- Supply technicians with necessary parts to support service operations
- Assist customers at the parts counter, identifying needs and recommending products
- Process sales transactions and parts orders accurately
- Maintain inventory organization and ensure products are stored correctly
- Set up and maintain merchandise displays and keep the workspace clean
- Assemble small equipment and related products as needed
- Monitor incoming shipments and report shortages or discrepancies
- Support general department operations, reports, and projects as assigned
- Collaborate with team members across departments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and data entry skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of parts, equipment, or machinery preferred
- Ability to learn and navigate parts catalog systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Forklift certification is considered an asset
- Experience with small engine or outdoor equipment products is an asset
