POSITION SUMMARY:
Working graveyard shifts starting at or around 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Conversions Staff are responsible for setting up and dismantling performance/game areas when Rogers Forum converts from hockey to concert or concert to hockey format. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.
A typical shift includes
- Setting up and dismantling equipment, chairs and applicable items for events
- Adheres to safety practices and procedures under the supervision of the Operations Manager
- Other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays and graveyard shifts starting at or around 11pm.
- Must be able to lift (repetitively lifting of up to 50 lbs.)
- Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
- Forklift experience and a Forklift License from a recognized training institute, program, or organization is considered an asset
