Position: Barista

Provisions is an all-day neighbourhood cafe in the heart of the village offering a variety of take away items and dine-in service, featuring a full espresso bar, freshly baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, made-to-order sandwiches and salads, slow-roasted rotisserie chicken and a selection of seasonal sides.
Who you are:
Baristas are responsible for the preparation of coffee beverages for the entire restaurant. The ideal candidate must thrive in a high-volume environment, while working closely with their co-workers in a team-oriented atmosphere.
What you'll do:

Possess a passion for coffee and ability to prepare classic espresso beverages (cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados etc.), as well as a familiarity with current trends in the specialty coffee and tea industry.

Demonstrate an ability to dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art

Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail

Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests with genuine hospitality

Counter service and cashier responsibilities as required
