Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase reach and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics via Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall branding efforts.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in digital marketing and social media management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of digital advertising best practices.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to develop creative content that resonates with target audiences across multiple channels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices in social media strategy development.
