As our Civil division continues to expand, we are seeking experienced individuals for our Foreman opportunity.

The Opportunity:
Foreman Responsibilities include:
- Safely document, conduct, and oversee all site activities
- Lead trenching, grading, and site preparation work
- Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate and communicate with crew, Superintendents, and Project Managers
- Coordinate with vendors on the delivery of supplies & equipment
- Direct and order trucks for material
- Keep all documentation organized and track hours for crew, equipment, work progress, and costs
- Monitor excavation progress and report issues proactively
- Support crew with labour tasks as needed to maintain workflow
We are looking for strong candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Solid understanding of standard industry safety procedures and practices,
- Able to perform well in a production-driven environment while remaining professional, reliable, consistent, and with a clear sense of communication,
- Strong attention to detail and commitment of completing high-quality work
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience with a minimum of 2 years as Foreman.
This role is part of our Civil Department and reports directly to the Civil Superintendent and Senior Project Manager. If you meet the qualifications above, please apply with your most recent resume.
