Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our team and support daily operations in our store and warehouse at Macdonald’s Home Health Care. This entry-level position involves assisting with inventory, shop organization, and basic equipment setup and preparation. Training will be provided, making this role ideal for someone eager to learn and work in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and set up basic equipment (such as assembling wheelchairs, walkers, beds) according to company guidelines
- Prepare, move, and stage home health equipment for delivery or pickup, ensuring readiness and accuracy
- Clean and inspect equipment to guarantee safety and functionality
- Receive, unload and organize inventory efficiently
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized shop and warehouse environment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members and perform other general shop and warehouse duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Entry/basic level Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency
- Ability and willingness to learn basic equipment setup procedures
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting (up to approximately 100 lbs, with assistance as needed), carrying, bending, and standing
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic mechanical aptitude
