Job Summary
Accountable for independently performing all technical aspects of drug distribution, with specific duties including replenishing stock medication supplies, repackaging, narcotic and controlled substances preparation and deliveries, inventory control functions, and support the medication reconciliation process plus other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Licensed with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) as a Pharmacy Technician (R.Ph.T.) required.
- Pharmacy Technician diploma from an accredited Pharmacy technician program (accredited from the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs)
- Previous hospital experience preferred.

Hours of Work: In order to provide the necessary patient care, our operations run 24/7. There is the expectation that you are available to work weekdays, weekends and all shifts (days, nights, 12 hours).
