We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while crafting high-quality beverages and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide attentive, engaging service
- Ensure drinks are made according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Operate POS systems (such as Toast POS or Silverware POS) for order processing and payments
- Handle cash and transactions responsibly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times
- Monitor guest behavior and promote responsible alcohol service
- Assist with food service when required while following safety standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Toast or Silverware is an asset
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible beverage service
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
