Responsibilities:
- Perform professional eyelash extension services with precision and care
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on aftercare
- Utilize skills in makeup application to complement eyelash services
- Provide outstanding guest services to ensure a positive experience
- Demonstrate expertise in body waxing for additional service offerings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in eyelash extensions application (required)
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients (required)
- Experience in front desk operations to manage appointments and client inquiries (preferred)
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques to complement eyelash services (preferred)
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry (preferred)
- Hospitality background is a plus for creating a welcoming environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $25.00-$50.58 per hour
