Design Sales Consultant – Luxury Furniture
Studio B Home is a luxury furniture and design showroom representing some of the world’s leading furniture and lifestyle brands. We work with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and developers to create exceptional residential and commercial spaces through personalized service and high-end design solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Design Sales Consultant to join our team. This position is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for design and an established presence within the design, architecture, real estate, or luxury markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and industry professionals.
- Guide clients through furniture and design selections while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage projects from initial inquiry through order placement and final delivery.
- Prepare quotations and proactively follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of our luxury furniture and design collections.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand professional networks within the design and luxury markets.
- Support showroom presentation and uphold Studio B Home’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury furnishings, interior design, architectural products, or related industries.
- Experience working with discerning clients and managing high-value projects.
- Furniture or interior design experience is strongly preferred.
- Existing relationships within the interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury markets are highly valued.
- An established network of designers and industry professionals is considered a strong asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Passion for design and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Compensation
- Base salary of $45,000–$55,000, based on experience.
- Commission structure with strong earning potential.
- Target total compensation of approximately $80,000–$100,000+ annually for successful performers.
- Opportunity to represent internationally recognized luxury furniture brands and work alongside a collaborative and design-focused team.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
