Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Master-License Holder Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprint reading, and industrial electrical systems, including low voltage applications and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The Electrician will work on diverse tasks such as renovation projects, commercial and residential construction sites, and industrial facilities, utilizing a variety of hand tools and power tools. Candidates with handyman experience and a background in electrical work are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and renovation settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical components
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform wiring, conduit installation, and system upgrades
- Maintain low voltage systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation processes
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as construction workers or maintenance teams to complete projects efficiently
- Keep detailed records of work performed for maintenance logs and compliance documentation
Experience
- Proven experience as an electrician in commercial and residential construction environments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Hands-on experience with low voltage systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Experience in renovation projects or general handyman tasks involving electrical work is advantageous
- Ability to interpret technical documents related to electrical systems and schematics
- Valid electrician master license is required.
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
